Gosh, that sounds terrifying for you, I hope you're okay? Has it made your RA flare?

I have only done this once and I was very drunk at Uni, I grabbed hold of the hoover too so we both fell down together. It was being so intoxicated that saved me! LOL

Love,

Amanda

Hi Zakia,

Sounds dreadful falling down the stairs like that. I can imagine you're feeling very sore today! Try and get some rest if you can ... I know it's hard with kids (got two myself). Maybe a few good DVD's as an emergency measure will give you the opportunity to rest on the sofa while they're engrossed in Shaun the Sheep or whatever takes their fancy Smile .

Sounds as though you should move to a flat or a bungalow Zakia BigGrin

Hope you are soon feeling much better.

Warmest wishes, Ann

Hope that you are not too stiff and sore today and that the children are keeping amused. Not easy with young children and RA never mind when you fall!

Take care,
